COVID-19 Safety Measures: Ensuring Your Health at Fairfield Physiotherapy

COVID-19 Clinic Procedures

Fairfield Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Centre has control measures to minimise the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of our workers and patients as per Australian Government Guidelines.

If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, please advise reception and you will offered the option of a Telehealth appointment. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 we recommend you get tested and reschedule your physiotherapy appointment.
On arrival we ask that all patients sanitise or wash their hands.

Our physiotherapists wear masks and wash their hands between patients.

Our Procedures

Our staff will be required to sanitise their hands upon entering the workplace and frequently in between appointments. Our equipment, furniture and surfaces such as door handles and table-tops, will be sanitised frequently throughout the day. There will be 1.5 meters between all seating in our waiting room.

In return, we ask for your cooperation in abiding by the following set of guidelines when scheduling and attending appointments at our clinic.

Please sanitise your hands upon arriving at our clinic. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Please attend appointments by yourself unless you require necessary caregivers.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions regarding the above guidelines, or if you need to reschedule an appointment, contact us at (03) 9489 7744
