Morgan Rowan

Morgan joined the team at Fairfield Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Centre in 2025, adding to the migration of Kiwis moving to Australia (and adding to the Kiwi contingent at the clinic!).

Morgan graduated from Otago University, New Zealand in 2019 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He immediately started work in private practice in his home town of Wellington, where he honed his physiotherapy knowledge and developed a keen interest in the management of lower limb injuries and spinal conditions. 

Alongside his private practice work, Morgan spent 4 years with the Wellington Phoenix Football Academy, broadening his knowledge and skills in a high performance and sporting environment. His work here involved facilitating a successful return to sport with injured athletes, and ongoing performance enhancement. In balance with this, Morgan enjoys the variety that private practice offers, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in people from diverse backgrounds. 

Over this time working in private practice and an elite sports setting, Morgan developed a passion for holistic assessment and treatment, utilising manual therapy and dry needling alongside tailored exercise prescription to help people from a range of backgrounds achieve their goals. 

After 5 years of working in Wellington, Morgan and his fiancée Billie decided to make the move over ditch, immediately settling on Melbourne and immersing themselves in Melbourne culture, exploring local cafés, pubs, and eateries.
