What to Expect on Your First Physiotherapy Visit
During your first appointment your physiotherapist will ask you questions about your current problem or concerns and any other past injuries or medical conditions you’ve had. We conduct an initial examination which may include relevant tests or observation only of the positioning of your body and movement. Your session may include some hands-on treatment such as joint
mobilisation and manipulation techniques as well as recommendations regarding exercises for you to use at home.
